Terms of Service

Design

• I prioritize function and aesthetics over space. Therefore, i would likely to close some space of the house and would be using the first floor only.
• I do not build on void / out of boundary space, nor will be placing a 'teleporter'.
• My service does not include exterior design.
• I will not be using non-craftable and non-marketable furnitures, such as Bi-Colored Gemstone, Bozja, and Store items, unless it is provided by the commissioner.
• All design revisions must be done before i start building. I will not rebuild your house once it is finished, unless there is a glitch or clipping issue.
• I will put my commissioned works on the website, commissioner may choose if they would like to keep their location private.

Payment

• I will require a full payment after the design is approved and before i begin building.
• I will provide the details of the furnitures purchased and return the remaining gils to the commissioner.

References

• Please provide a clear idea of the design. I will discus the theme and layouts before i start the design. Image references are a great additional and would help me understand and get on the same page.
References can be real life interiors, digital models, or image of other FFXIV homes.
